4th of July Weekend Fireworks in Laughlin, NV

Two fireworks shows are planned in Laughlin over the 4th of July Holiday weekend.

The Avi Resort & Casino will hold their fireworks show on Sunday, July 3rd at 9pm

There will be all-day music on Avi's Beach Overlook and grounds beginning at 10AM. Fry Bread and beverages are available for sale late afternoon. Radio Remote on the KNACK 107.1 FM broadcast from Avi’s Beach Overlook, 7PM - 9PM, with games, prizes, giveaways, and live call-ins,

Laughlin Tourism and Zambelli Fireworks presents Rockets over the River Independence Day 4th of July fireworks on Monday, July 4th at 9pm

This beautiful patriotic display will be choreographed to a mix of festive music aired via Murphy Broadcasting| 104.9 KISS FM.

Visitor Volume and Gaming Revenue in Laughlin was up for March

Visitor Volume data released by the LVCVA showed a 4.6% gain in Laughlin for March (20220

March 2022 116,400 visitors

March 2021 111,300 visitors

March 2019 173,500 visitors

This is a 4.6% gain March 2022 vs. March 2021

However there is still a ‐32.9% decrease when comparing March 2022 vs. March 2019 (the last year with no pandemic impact)

Room rates continue to be higher

Average Daily Room Rate (ADR) in Laughlin

March 2022 $59.32 This is a 6.8% increase compared to March 2021

March 2021 $55.53

March 2019 $46.34

Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) was up 11.8% for March of 2022 when compared to March of 2021

Laughlin/Bullhead City Airport Passengers showed a big increase for March of 2022 when compared to March of 2021. Levels are still nowhere near what was reported in March of 2019.

Sadly the days of All-You-Can-Eat Crab Legs on the Buffets are long gone. At least for now.

Aquarius converted their popular Windows On The River Buffet to be used for the Aquarius Cafe. Harrah's Laughlin has no plans to bring back their Fresh Market Buffet and has utilized the space for expansion of their sports book area. Tropicana Laughlin closed their buffet long before the COVID-19 pandemic. Golden Nugget discontinued their Sunday brunch years ago. The Edgewater, Laughlin River Lodge and the Avi Casino do not appear to be planning to bring back their buffet.
