The 17th Annual Community Achievement Awards banquet took place last night at the the Aquarius Casino Resort.
Fred Doten was named Citizen of the Year
Fred Doten is the Chairman of the Laughlin Town Advisory Board as well as a member of the Public Works Committee. He is the Commander and historian for American Legion Post 60 and serves at the district, state and national levels. He also is active in VFW Post 243, Purple Heart Post 730, the Disabled American Veterans, West Point Society of Las Vegas and Elks Lodge 2872.
