Laughlin Gaming Revenue Down for October 2020

As expected, due to pandemic restrictions on the Casino industry, Laughlin Casino gaming revenue as reported by the Nevada Gaming Control Board was down -13.27% for October of 2020 compared to October of 2019.  

2020 October Gaming Revenue in Laughlin was $38,569,750 compared to $44,471,301 in October of 2019. 

Laughlin Gaming Revenue Overall for 2020 so far:

January     +0.88%
February    +5.84%
March        -38.2%      (Casinos Closed March 15th)
April          -100.03%  (Casinos Closed all month)
May           -100.03%  (Casinos Closed all month)
June           -14.61%   (Casinos opened June 4th)
July            -16.95%     
August       -9.44%
Sept.          -2.68%
October     -13.27%

The Laughlin result was better than Clark County as a whole (-23.57%), the Las Vegas Strip  (-30.22%), and Downtown Las Vegas (-23.68%).    

Mesquite showed a positive increase of 6.81%

In Nevada (as a whole) gaming was down -19.5%
