Colorado Belle Hotel/Casino

If you have been to the Colorado Belle you may or may not have noticed the little snack bar deli located by the small Sports Book. The spot is being transformed into the newest eatery and will be called the Big Easy Deli. We first heard about this back in September from Joe Klein on our Laughlin Buzz Facebook Page. The opening date is not yet set but expected in early 2015.
When we were there the other day it was under construction with workers busily going in and out of the door and black plastic sheeting.
Word is the Deli will be much improved, bigger, and open 24 hours (don't quote us on that one just yet as it may change).
We also noticed some innovative use of Duct Tape to keep prying eyes from looking behind the curtain!
