Sneak Peek at Menu - Guy Fieri's El Burro Borracho

Laughlin, NV

El Burro Borracho is only days from opening!

We just had to share a sneak peek at the menu of the new Guy Fieri restaurant, El Burro Borracho at Harrah's Laughlin.   Looks like there will be a soft opening on December 29th*.

While you can't fully see everything on the menu, you can see it is virtually all high end Mexican based selections.     (Click on photo's to see a larger view)

Drinks

Burritos, Fajitas, Enchiladas and Build Your Own Platters

Signature Items

Desserts
Preparations are underway for the opening.  Here are a couple interior shots shared on our Laughlin Buzz Facebook Group Page (Join the Group Here)

Drinks look like they will feature domestic, imported and draft selections.  Plus specialty Margaritas, Cocktails, and Brain Freezes.  The drink menu looks very similar to that of Guy Fieri's Kitchen and Bar in Las Vegas.  It may not be for everyone be we have tried and loved the Austin Sweet Tea.

Prices look high end as to be expected.  They are very similar to Vegas pricing too, which may not go over as easily in the Laughlin market.  This remains to be seen.  But remember, portions most likely will be very big and share-able.  This is Total Rewards connected so using your players club will get you a buck off on most food items.   See our review here when we visited his other restaurant.

Stay tuned for more news on the opening.
