Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort
FatBurger - Laughlin
We regularly watch the Southern Nevada Health District restaurant inspections for Laughlin. Lately there have been very few negative reports. However, on 3-5-15 the FatBurger located inside the Riverside Resort received a B rating with 17 demerits.

While this is not terrible, it is not good either. A is the top rating and anything beyond 40 demerits usually requires a closing until a re-inspection is passed. As you can see by the clip from the SNHD website the demerits included those for Handwashing, protection of food from contamination, and proper washing of kitchenware.

Previous inspections listed on show all A grades.
Reports on the SNHD site have a lag time from the time of inspection to posting. 7 days have now passed and it is likely FatBurger may have already had a re-inspection not listed. All establishments are required to post their most recent grade on a certificate. Usually this is by the cash register or hostess stand/entrance.
We cannot recall the last time we ate at the FatBurger in the Riverside and don't have a current review. If you have tried it recently, we would love to hear from you. Share your comments or come over the the Laughlin Buzz Facebook group and tell us about it.
