Laughlin Visitor statistics from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority for March 2017 showed a small 1.2% increase (over the same period last year).

Gross Gaming Revenue was up 3.7% for the same period.

Laughlin/Bullhead City En/Deplaned Passengers increased from 21,814 in March of 2016 to 24,562 for March of 2017, an increase of 12.6%
So for in 2017, the Year to date numbers for 2017 show a -0.1% decrease in visitors and a 2.7% increase in Gross Gaming Revenue.
