There is now good news. They seem to have cleaned up their act (and kitchen). On April 3rd they had a another follow up inspection by the Mohave County Department of Public Health and received a Satisfactory rating.

PROPER GLOVE USE OBSERVED. NO DAMP OR DIRTY TOWELS WERE FOUND OUTSIDE OF A SANITIZER BUCKET. GOOD JOB. 20. OBSERVED EMPLOYEE CARRY A STACK OF GLASSES SO THAT THE RIMS TOUCHED THEIR ARM. MANAGER DEMONSTRATED THE PROPER WAY TO CARRY GLASSES TO THE NEW EMPLOYEE. THE EMPLOYEE USED THE PROPER PROCEDURE AFTER THAT. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. 21. SANITIZER BUCKETS AND THE DISH MACHINE ARE AT THE CORRECT STRENGTH AND TEST STRIPS ARE IN USE. SANITIZER LOGS WERE VERIFIED. CONTINUE TO FAX SANITIZER LOGS TO OFFICE AS PART OF THE RISK CONTROL PLAN. 27. FANS IN THE WALK-ON COOLER ARE CLEAN--WALLS AND CEILING IS CLEAN. MOST AREAS SHOW MARKED IMPROVEMENT IN CLEANING.
