Laughlin Visitor Number Down -1.9% in February (2020)

Laughlin visitor volume was down -1.9% for the month of February (2020), compared to February (2019).

January visitor volume to Laughlin was also down -3.7% compared to January of 2019.

Thus far in 2020, visitor volume is down -2.8% Year to Date.

Revenue per available room (RevPAR) is up 7.1% Year to Date. 

Nevada's casino industry was shut down since March 17, 2020 due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic.  All the Laughlin Casino Hotels closed.  This shutdown will greatly impact the March visitor volume.

Laughlin Casino Gaming Revenue for February 2020 up 5.84%

In Nevada, state casinos collected more than $1 billion ($1,042,627,516) in gaming revenues in February, for the second straight month.   
In Laughlin, gaming revenue in February was $47,426,525 compared to $44,807,820 in February 2019.  This is an increase of 5.84%.    This is the second consecutive month of increases for Laughlin Casinos.  January data showed a slight increase of 0.88%

Nevada's casino and gaming industry was shut down since March 17, 2020.  Numbers for the abbreviated gaming period prior to the shutdown in March will not be available until mid to late April.

Laughlin Casinos started off 2020 with a slight increase in gaming revenue compared to January of 2019.

Laughlin January 2020: $46,909,800 

Laughlin January 2019: $46,502,776
