Sadly the days of All-You-Can-Eat Crab Legs on the Buffets are long gone. At least for now.
Aquarius converted their popular Windows On The River Buffet to be used for the Aquarius Cafe. Harrah's Laughlin has no plans to bring back their Fresh Market Buffet and has utilized the space for expansion of their sports book area. Tropicana Laughlin closed their buffet long before the COVID-19 pandemic. Golden Nugget discontinued their Sunday brunch years ago. The Edgewater, Laughlin River Lodge and the Avi Casino do not appear to be planning to bring back their buffet.
