Gaming Revenue in Laughlin, NV Up Slightly

May 2023:  Laughlin Casino gaming revenue, as reported by the Nevada Gaming Control Board, was up slightly by +0.58% for the month compared to May 2022.

Revenue comparisons:

Laughlin gaming win in May 2023:   $46,992,320 

Laughlin gaming win in May 2022:   $46,719,834

Other major areas in Clark County such as the Vegas Strip 

and Downtown Vegas showed a decline in gaming revenue.

Laughlin Visitor Numbers for May (2023) Up +2.6%

Laughlin, NV

May Visitor Volume in Laughlin, as released by the LVCVA, showed an increase of 2.6% for May 2023 compared to May of 2022.     

Totals and comparison of visitor numbers by year: 

May 2023  113,300 visitors   

May 2022  110,400 visitors

 For the calendar year thus far in 2023 the Laughlin visitor count is up by +1.5% compared to 2022.

 

Laughlin Yearly Visitor Numbers 

2023:   522,700  Visitors through May 2023

2021:   514,800   Visitors through May 2022

The daily average room rate dropped by 6% from $73.74 in May of 2022 to $69.33 in May of 2023. 

The number of passengers coming into the Laughlin/Bullhead Airport (from chartered flights ) was up substantially 53.6% for the month of May compared to May of 2022.     There were 10,526 in May of 2023 and just 6,851 in May of 2022

Gaming Revenue in Laughlin was up for May 2023 slightly by 0.58%
