Laughlin Visitor Volume Down slightly in May (2019)

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) released their May 2019 visitor statistics.

Even with the Memorial Day weekend Laughlin Visitor Volume was down slightly in May.  As reported by the LVCVA, there were 158,700 visitors in May 2019 compared to 160,500 in May of 2018.  This is a decrease of ‐1.1%  

Year to Date for 2019, visitor volume to Laughlin is down -3.9%

Even though the numbers were better, this marks the 5th consecutive month with a decrease in Laughlin's visitor volume.

In January, Laughlin visitor numbers were down    -4.2%  

In February, Laughlin visitor numbers were down  -6.7%  

In March, Laughlin visitor numbers were down      -3.4%

In April, Laughlin visitor numbers were down         -4.7%

In May, Laughlin visitor numbers were down         -1.1%

Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) was down ‐1.4%
