Walk to End Alzheimer's Disease to be held in Laughlin, NV

Laughlin, NV  Bullhead City, AZ

From  The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s®

The Walk to End Alzheimer's is a community event that joins friends, family and co-workers as they walk to end Alzheimer’s. Participants typically register in teams of 4 or more people and fundraise using tools supported by the Alzheimer’s Association.

Join Walkers from in and around the Bullhead City - Laughlin area as we Walk to End Alzheimer's.

Walk Distance: 1.5 mile walk across the Bullhead City – Laughlin Bridge.

Walk Route: The walk begins at the Riverside Hotel and Casino parking lot in Bullhead City, Arizona and ends at the Fishermen’s Access in Laughlin, Nevada. This route is scenic, paved, and wheelchair accessible.

Parking: Plenty of free parking is available in the Riverside Casino Truck Lot. Follow the signs to direct you where to park. Due to the large number of participants, we strongly recommend carpooling whenever possible. This reduces the amount of traffic congestion and ensures that all walkers arrive at the event area in a timely manner.

Dogs: Please, bring your dog(s) to our event! The Walk to End Alzheimer's is a family-friendly event, and loves dogs. In fact, there is a separate dog registration, so our four-legged supporters can also walk for the cause! All we ask is that you have your friendly four-legged family member on a leash and be well-behaved around other animals and people.

Fees: Although there is no registration fee for this event, we encourage all of our walkers to make a personal donation and raise money for the cause. Raise $100 or more and receive a 2012 Walk to End Alzheimer's® T-shirt! Take the first step toward reaching your fundraising goal by making a personal donation today.
