Laughlin Gaming Revenue up for August

Laughlin, Nevada

The Nevada Gaming Control Board reported that Laughlin Casino properties gaming revenue was up 2.65% to 36,063,215  for the month of August 2016.

Overall in Nevada Statewide Gaming win was down -5.23% to $860.6 million dollars.

The Las Vegas Strip had the largest percentage decrease with gaming revenue down -14.76%

The annual River Regatta was held in Bullhead City / Laughlin in August

Gaming revenue breakdowns by area:

Vegas Strip                        - 14.76%
Laughlin                             + 2.65% 
Mesquite                             -  0.02%
Downtown Las Vegas       + 7.02% 
North Las Vegas                + 12.58%

Boulder Strip                     + 22.23%

Clark County                     -  6.76%


For the Fiscal Year-to-Date 7/1/16 to 8/31/16, Laughlin is up 1.34%  at   $74,127,785
