Laughlin Buzz Contributor, SoCalTodd, shared these photos and observations from a recent visit to the remodeled Cove Bar & Lounge at the Aquarius Casino Resort.
The bar area is much brighter and inviting now, instead of being another dark river bar with a good view.
The sports book is very much improved as well. Very bright clear TVs and new seating make for a dramatic change vs the dark standard definition experience of yesteryear.
As you see in the pics, there is a new row of video poker machines along the windows in the gaming area just outside of The Cove bar. The drink service in that area is obtained through normal casino servers and is not terribly speedy. Our favorite nickel video poker machines that used to occupy the South wall are gone and have been replaced with the normal generic modern slots of random variety.
