Robert P. Bilbray has been a full time resident of Laughlin since 1977 and is the Strategic Development Advisor & Leadership Speakers Forum Chairman with the Laughlin Economic Development Corporation. He is also been the Chairman of the Laughlin Public Works Committee for 14 years.
Questions will be welcome.
